Terms

These terms are between DPOW Group Ltd (company number 17276695, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ), "we", and the organisation that subscribes to dpow.app, "you". dpow.app is sold to businesses.

Plans and prices

• Founders. £3,180 a year, billed annually. Three Editor seats, unlimited projects, and your first project set up with you. Limited to 20 places. The founder rate stays locked while you stay subscribed without a break.
• Standard, from launch. £6,360 a year, billed annually. One Editor seat and unlimited projects.
• Extra Editor seats. £80 a month each on either plan, added to your annual bill pro rata for the rest of the year.
• Seats and Viewers. Each Editor seat is for one named person and may not be shared. Admins hold an Editor seat. Viewers are members of your organisation, are free and unlimited, and cannot create or change content; your clients use the client portal. An admin may move a seat from one person to another; once a seat is given to a person it stays allocated for at least 30 days, even if they are moved off it sooner, except where we agree to release it early because the person has left your business. Extra seats are charged at £80 a month each, added to your annual bill pro rata for the rest of the subscription year; you may reduce extra seats from your next renewal, with no refund for the current year.
• Payment. Charged yearly in advance through Stripe. DPOW Group Ltd is not yet registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. If it registers, VAT will be added at the standard rate from the date of registration, and we will tell you before your next invoice.

Renewal and cancelling

• Your subscription renews automatically each year. We remind you at least 30 days before each renewal.
• You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the year you have paid for. There are no refunds for part of a year.
• If the Standard price changes, we tell you at least 60 days before your renewal.
• If a founder subscription lapses, a later subscription is at the Standard price.

Refund in the first 14 days

If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full, no questions asked. Business buyers have no legal cooling-off right; this is our own promise.

The guarantee

Give dpow.app your contract documents. If it does not generate your complete information delivery suite from them, named and structured to ISO 19650, we put a human consultant on your project at no extra cost, working alongside your team until the job is up and running. "Up and running" means: the suite is in your SharePoint, the register is live and the first weekly report has been issued.

If a renewal is not paid

You keep full access for 14 days while we remind you. After that your workspace becomes read-only: you can still view and export everything, but not create anything new. Nothing is deleted without notice.

When you leave

After your subscription ends you can export your data for 90 days; after that it is deleted from dpow's systems. Files in your own SharePoint are not touched and stay yours.

Your data and outputs; our platform

• You own your data and the documents dpow.app generates for you. You give us the right to process them only to provide the service.
• DPOW Group Ltd owns the dpow.app platform: its software, templates and methods. Your subscription gives you the right to use it while you are subscribed.

How your data is held

Project files are kept in your own Microsoft 365 SharePoint. dpow keeps the register, logs and audit trail in its own database, and a private copy of any file SharePoint refuses. AI providers process contract text to generate outputs. The details, and the companies we use, are in the privacy notice. A data processing agreement is available on request.

AI-generated documents

Documents dpow.app generates are drafts for your review before you issue them. They are not professional advice. dpow.app works to ISO 19650 and keeps the record, but it does not make any project compliant: that responsibility stays with you and the duty holders on the project.

Founder extras

Founders steering the roadmap, early access to new features and a direct line to Pete are offered in good faith. They are not contractual promises.

Liability

Our total liability to you in any year is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

This website

The dpow.app website describes the product ahead of and during its launch. We work to keep it accurate; product details and roadmap items may change. Website content is provided in good faith and is not professional advice.

The legal frame

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
