The dpow.app website describes the dpow.app product ahead of and during its launch. We work to keep it accurate; product details and roadmap items may evolve before general release. Content is provided in good faith and does not constitute professional advice.
Founding membership
- The offer. 100 founding places at £2,500, paid once through Stripe. Founding members receive the product at launch, lifetime founding terms, and early access to roadmap features as described on this site.
- The guarantee. If dpow.app does not produce a complete, ISO 19650-compliant information delivery suite from your contract documents, you do not pay for the year: your founding payment for that year is refunded in full.
- Cooling off. Beyond the guarantee, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
Your data
How we handle data is set out in the privacy policy. In short: your project documents stay in your own Microsoft 365 tenant; project intelligence is held in a UK-governed, GDPR-compliant database with six-year retention.
The legal frame
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Full subscription terms accompany the product itself at launch.
